Check out Vancouver's new drool-worthy Mexican brunch (PHOTOS)
A new brunch starts in Vancouver this weekend at Fayuca, the Yaletown hotspot that’s been dishing out Northern Mexican eats since it opened in spring 2017.
This is the first time the 3,500-sq-ft Hamilton Street space will be offering a weekend brunch menu, formally called Huevos Dias.

Huevos Dias will offer huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and an ‘OG Avocado Toast’ to name a few, and it will feature music by Pacific Rhythm DJs D.DEE and Slim Media Player as the soundtrack to your mid-morning meal.
Other highlights include a benny Mexicano, hot cakes, carnitas with hashbrowns, steak and eggs, spicy hangover stew, and Fayuca’s take on a diner breakfast. Many dishes are vegan and gluten-free too.
If you’ve been to Fayuca before for their buzz-worthy eats, then you know that it’s hard to leave without being tempted by a handcrafted cocktail, and brunch will be no different.
Brunch cocktails up for order include the Cura (mezcal, Aperol, and grapefruit juice) and the Sol Dorado (tequila, honey, lemon, and marmalade).
This brunch menu will be available from 9 am to 3 pm on Saturdays and Sundays starting October 20, and if you show your voting sticker on October 20 or 21 you’ll get a free breakfast treat.
