Famoso Italian Pizzeria + Bar opens new location in downtown Vancouver

Famoso Italian Pizzeria + Bar is gearing up to open its new location in downtown Vancouver this week.

The Edmonton-founded pizza chain will officially open the doors to its 32nd location at 111 Dunsmuir Street on Tuesday, December 8.

The downtown address at the corner of Dunsmuir and Beatty was previously occupied by a Ricky’s All Day Grill, which quietly closed its doors last year.

Famoso currently operates one other Vancouver location at 1380 Commercial Drive.

The brand’s new Dunsmuir location will offer seating for 70 and boasts a full bar. The eatery is known for serving up Neapolitan style pizza, Italian-style sandwiches, and salads.
