Notch8 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is known for offering some really awesome themed teas, but the downtown Vancouver spot is about to let patrons get in on a seriously unique experience.

For a limited time starting August 1, guests can reserve appointments to enjoy afternoon tea in the hotel’s street-level window display on West Georgia Street.
This space has been transformed for relaxing afternoon tea and people watching.
In pairs of two, folks can take their seats in a space with custom art created by Vancouver-based fashion illustrator, Mandy Lau.
The experience will begin with the guest’s choice of Fairmont’s LOT 35 Tea, followed by an array of eats like house-baked English scones and golden sultana scones with clotted cream, strawberry preserves, and orange marmalade, tea sandwiches, and sweets from the hotel’s pastry shop.
‘Afternoon Tea in The Window’ is available August 1 through September 2, Monday to Friday.
There is only one reservation per day available at noon, and this experience is $59 per person.
