The alley way beside the store will be filled with thousands of pounds of vintage clothing, with shopping commencing at 10:30 a.m., but be warned: it’ll be pandemonium.
“Our biggest one was somewhere between 4,000 to 5,000 people. The line went around the block,” says co-owner Jesse Heifetz.
He recommends you come early, since they’ve had people camp out the night before to get their hands on some fabulous finds.
“It’s first come, first serve. When it’s gone, it’s gone.”
With that said, you’re allowed to purchase as many bags as you want, and in the end, it’s all about reduce, reuse and recycle.
“It’s about having a small carbon footprint and keeping as much clothing out of the landfills as possible. This is just another step in maintaining our goals,” says Heifetz.
And if that’s not enough to bring you in, there’s going to be free hotdogs and veggie dogs, sunglasses, hats and other swag, as well as 30% off everything in the store.
