Dine Out Vancouver is popping up at the aquarium this month
Dine Out Vancouver is officially returning for its 23rd year this winter, with special pop-ups and culinary experiences offered starting this month.
In addition to checking out unique menus at some of the city’s best restaurants, Dine Out participants will have the one-of-a-kind opportunity to dine among the jellyfish at the Vancouver Aquarium.
The Aquarium’s Dine Out Vancouver Pop-Up will happen on select dates between January 25 and February 6.

“Take the plunge into Vancouverās most unique dining experienceāan exclusive after-hours evening where gastronomy meets the sea,” Vancouver Aquarium said online. “Set sail on a culinary voyage with a thoughtfully curated three-course menu that celebrates sustainability and the finest local ingredients.”
Guests will enjoy a delicious meal prepared by the aquarium’s culinary team. This year’s menu includes:
- Crispy Duck Salad
- Braised Beef Shortrib or Columbia River Steelhead
- Chocolate Mousse
Wine from BC-based wineries as well as non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.
Vancouver Aquarium
Similar to the Nights at the Aquarium events, which only run every few months, guests will be invited to explore the aquarium before and after the meal during the pop-up, making this a unique opportunity to observe the tanks of sea creatures during the aquarium’s after-dark hours.
Tickets for the Dine Out Vancouver pop-up at the aquarium are limited, and the maximum table size will accommodate eight people. Tickets include a complimentary commemorative digital photo.
