Located at 2280 Main Street, the new location will be replacing the former store at 3623 Main Street in Mount Pleasant.
Cultivate will offer white, yellow, green, oolong, black, and dark loose teas along with individual teas brewed to order with traditional methods.
Patrons can expect tea tasting flights and cold brew and ice brew teas, along with kombucha from four taps, dispensing small-batch organic kombucha made fresh from scratch.
Cultivate’s kombucha is house-fermented using traditional methods and kishu binchotan charcoal purified water.
At its opening, Cultivate will offer Green Tea + Local Blueberry, Green Tea + Shiro Plum, Green Tea + Okanagan Cherry, and Green Tea + Meyer Lemon, Tangelo and Ginger varieties.
In addition to these beverages, there will be made-to-order Japanese onigiri, available three times a week and a dessert pop-up with pastry chef Chef Daniel Munoz every Saturday.
Cultivate Tea’s new location officially opens May 27.
