Country star Tanner Adell coming to Vancouver for music and whiskey fest
Music fans and whiskey aficionados are excited for the debut of Country Club festival in Vancouver next month, and they’re not the only ones.
Rising American country star Tanner Adell, who recently collaborated with Beyoncé on her Cowboy Carter album, will headline the festivities at the PNE Fairgrounds on Sunday, July 7. Early bird tickets are on sale now.
It will be Adell’s first time in Canada, and she told Daily Hive she’s excited to explore Vancouver’s offerings.

“I have heard so much about Vancouver and that it’s the prettiest city ever so I think I’m just excited to walk around and catch the vibes,” said Adell in an interview. “This will be my first time in Canada ever, and I’ve heard people absolutely love Vancouver, so I’m really excited to come and meet people. I also really want to try poutine.”
Adell will have the chance to satisfy her appetite when she performs at Country Club alongside Jojo Mason, Mark Ledlin, and Pistol Whip The Devil.

There will be plenty of country-inspired eats for people to enjoy. You can expect everything from classic BBQ fare to Southern-inspired dishes. Savour mouth-watering ribs, classic Southern comforts, and other BBQ favourites.
Plus, for all the whiskey aficionados out there, Country Club will feature plenty of world-class whiskey vendors offering their best cocktails and selections.Â

“I’m really a bourbon and whiskey girl,” shared Adell. “I just love the classic Crown, and that’s Canadian actually! I think it’s so pretty, and the bottle, I mean, c’mon, packaging is super important, so I absolutely love Crown.
“My favourite type of food to enjoy with whiskey — I wouldn’t say there is anything I like to actually eat and sip on whiskey with, but I love anything that loves whiskey in it. I love barbeque and a whiskey barbeque sauce is just amazing.”
It’s been a busy time for Adell, who released her first album, Buckle Bunny, last summer and worked with BeyoncĂ© on her Cowboy Carter album. She appeared on “Blackbiird” and provided background vocals on “Ameriican Requiem.”
“I think I’ll probably end up adding ‘Blackbiird’ to my set now. It’s a song that I’ve always loved, and now there’s an even more special meaning behind it. I just love BeyoncĂ©, so it’s such a fun project to be included in.”
Adell also just announced that she has signed a new distribution deal with record label Love Renaissance.
“It’s been really fun getting to know a lot of my new fans because a lot of them are coming out to shows this summer,” said Adell. “People at Country Club can expect to dance and have a really good time if they can let loose and give in to my pop-country ways.
“Bring your boots, bring your hats, and dress up because it is a Country function. It is going to be an absolute blast!”
