Patrons of a Surrey hookah lounge are being notified of a possible coronavirus exposure at the establishment.
According to a notice on the Fraser Health Authority’s website, those who were at the lounge located at 10609 King George Hwy may have been exposed to the virus during the following dates and times:
- 11:59 pm on July 31 to 4 am on August 1
- 11:59 pm on August 1 to 5 am on August 2
“If you have been in one of these locations at the times of possible exposure, it does not mean you will develop COVID-19,” notes Fraser Health.
“The possible exposures listed on this site are believed to be low risk but, out of an abundance of caution, Public Health asks anyone who may have visited any of the locations listed on the specified dates and times to monitor themselves for symptoms,” the statement says.
