The ultimate vegan spot for fast-casual healthy eats is finally getting closer to opening its first Vancouver location.

Copper Branch, a Montreal-based and founded concept, is expanding nationally and its first BC location is set to open in Vancouver’s Yaletown in February, the team tells Daily Hive.

Known for its hearty, 100% vegan eats like burritos, bowls, and burgers, the Canadian franchisee-run company already operates locations in Alberta, Ontario, and Montreal, as well as one location in Florida.

The chain plans to add another 150 locations in 2020 in Canada, the US, and France, which will make it the biggest vegan restaurant chain in the world.

Copper Branch Vancouver is tentatively set to open at 280 Nelson Street next month, we’ll keep you posted on an exact opening date.
