Although Colony is known for being an entertainment hot spot, they actually have a killer brunch menu available on weekends and holidays.

The popular establishment now has locations in downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano, Main Street, and North Vancouver, so it’s about time you head over to the closest one and take a crack at these drool-worthy menu items.

For a classic brunch, try the Fried Chicken & Waffles. Vancouver is having a fried chicken moment, and we’re all about it. After all, how could you go wrong with such a perfectly sweet and salty pairing?

If you’re after a hearty meal, check out the Stadium Bowl, featuring potato hash browns, Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions, poached eggs topped with house-made hollandaise, and multi-grain toast. Sounds like the breakfast of champions to us.

The Breakfast Poutine at Colony is another dish packed with all the good stuff — think poached eggs, maple-smoked bacon, cheese curds, and hollandaise sauce on top of a bed of tater tots. It’s practically the perfect hangover cure.
