A huge rodeo and country fair is returning to Metro Vancouver this month

The Cloverdale Rodeo and Country Fair is back for another instalment this May long weekend.

Running from May 17 to 20, this year’s rodeo will feature some incredible competitors vying for cash prizes in four different categories: Bareback Riding, Ladies Barrel Racing, Saddle Bronc Riding and Bull Riding.

96 total participants will compete in this year’s invitational rodeo format.

Make your way down to the preliminary competitions running from Friday to Sunday so you can stay up to date when the finals take place on Monday!

Other Attractions

Besides the competition, this year’s festival will also feature fun for the entire family. From a rodeo clown show to amusement park rides and of course high energy bull racing, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Head over the world famous Longhorn Saloon for some incredible music performances all weekend from the likes of Dave Hartney, Emily Taylor Adams, Peter Adamo and more.

Back by popular demand, this year’s fair will feature the ever so popular rib fest. Munch down on some of the best ribs you’ve ever tasted.
