FREE Cinema Under the Stars event returning to Metro Vancouver this month

Is an open-sky movie night on your summer bucket list? Well, here’s your chance to check it off.
Starting July 29, the City of Port Coquitlam is hosting its annual Cinema Under the Stars event in the park for its residents. This free family-friendly event is perfect for kids and adults alike to enjoy and has three movies lined up over the summer:
- Jumanji: The Next Level
- Super Mario Bros. Movie
- Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3
The Cinema Under the Stars event will feature a 40-foot tall screen to showcase public movie screenings. For some added fun, movie-goers are also encouraged to arrive at the location beforehand to participate in pre-movie entertainment and family games that will bring their adrenaline to a maximum.
