The Big Elf Run is returning to Vancouver this weekend, and it’s the perfect opportunity to flash your red and green wardrobe.
It’s the fifth consecutive year for the fun run, with all of the proceeds going to support the Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.
Over 700 runners and walkers are expected to join the themed event that rallies around fitness, festiveness, and a charitable spirit.

Participants will have their choice of a 1 km “wee elf” run or a 5 km or 10 km “big elf” run or walk, both of which take place around the beautiful Stanley Park.

Live DJs, dancing, prize giveaways, and vendors will add to the festive atmosphere.
Registration is available online via Eventbrite, priced at $30 for the “big elf” run or $20 for the “wee elf” run.
The holiday event is open to all ages and abilities and is stroller- and dog-friendly (dogs must be leashed).
