The 25-ish seat casual eatery is a comfort food lover’s dream. The menu consists of nine varieties of savoury souped-up biscuit creations and four sweet flavours along with sides.
The drink program at Chewies Biscuit Co. is one that supports locals. You’ll find some of your favourite craft beer, wine, and cider on tap here alongside Phillips soda, Happy Planet Juice, and caffeinated beverages.
Now if you’re a fan of biscuits and everything carbs, this is going to be your new food destination. Chewies Biscuit Co. offers show-stopping creations like the Clucky, a combo of chicken drumsticks on a Bonut (biscuit doughnut) with a sweet glaze or sausage gravy.
Other highlights include the C-Biscuit – cod, slaw, tomato, and housemade tartar sauce – and the seriously epic-looking Moose, a combo of fried chicken breast, sausage gravy, cheese, bacon, and egg.
For sweet stuff, Chewies Biscuit Co. offers the original Bonut in glazed, chocolate, or ‘mystery’ varieties, along with a handful of other kinds like the Fruity French Toast.
Chewies Biscuit Co. will be opening at 10 am on its opening day, September 28, and it will operate from approximately 9 am to 5 pm for its first few weeks of business.
