Jeff Bridges
Also joining Hemsworth on the set of Bad Times at the El Royale is actor and producer Jeff Bridges. Bridges comes from a family of actors and has been acting since he was two years old. You may remember him most recently in Hell or High Water, Tron: Legacy, True Grit or Iron Man.
Russel Crowe
A new addition to the set of Bad Times at the El Royale is actor, producer and musician Russell Crowe. You probably remember him from films like Gladiator, A Beautiful Mind and Man of Steel.
Nicolas Cage
Nicolas Cage will be in Vancouver through to May for his latest role in the movie A Score to Settle. Cage has starred in many feature films including Leaving Las Vegas, Con Air, The Family Man and Gone in Sixty Seconds to name a few.
Sir Ben Kingsley
Longtime English actor, Sir Ben Kingsley will be in Vancouver this March for his latest role in The Kimberlite Proccess. At 74 years old, Kingsley has been acting for decades and has starred in many films from Schindler’s List, Hugo, Iron Man 3, The Jungle Book to Gandhi which won him an academy award for best actor.
Kristin Chenoweth
Known for her platinum blonde hair and quirky personality, Chenoweth will be in Vancouver for her new role in season two of Trial & Error. You may remember her from shows like Pushing Daisies, Glee, The West Wing, and GCB among many others.
Rachel Bilson
You may remember her best for her portrayal of Summer Roberts on The OC, or maybe Dr. Zoe Hart from Heart of Dixie. Rachel Bilson will be in town this March for her newest role in the TV series Take Two.
Eddie Cibrian
Starring alongside Bilson in Take Two is Eddie Cibrian. Cibrian has starred in hit TV series like CSI: Miami, Third Watch, and the 1990s series Sunset Beach.
Kelly Overton
Kelly Overton may be spotted in town throughout March filming for Van Helsing, in which she stars as the main character Vanessa Helsing. Season three began filming in February and is expected to be wrapped up by June.
Allison Williams
We watched her trying to figure out life as Marnie Micheals in HBO’s Girls, and who could forget her performance in last year’s horror film Get Out. Allison Williams will be in Vancouver this March to star in a new horror film The Perfection.
Neil Patrick Harris
Neil Patrick Harris will be in and out of Vancouver filming for A Series of Unfortunate Events season 2 and 3 until April.
Harris is best known for ‘suiting up’ as his character Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother in which he won a People’s Choice Award for Favourite TV Comedy Actor.
Aidan Gillen
Aidan Gillen will be in Vancouver this March for his role in the new TV series Blue Book. You may remember his best as Petyr “Littlefinger” Baelish in the HBO series Game of Thrones.
Ian Anthony Dale
Ian Anthony Dale is likely to be in Vancouver through to August for his role in the second season of Salvation. Dale has made apperances in TV shows like Hawaii Five-O, Criminal Minds, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and 24.
Kiernan Shipka
This 18-year-old has been acting since she was a child and has recently snagged the lead role in Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Kiernan Shipka is mostly known for her role as Sally Draper in Mad Men, or maybe you remember her voice from the animated movie Avatar: The Last Airbender.
KJ Apa
Oh Archie *sigh* who can resist this red headed cutie?!
KJ Apa will be in Vancouver filming the second season of Riverdale. Apa is an up and coming actor from New Zealand who snagged the lead role in Riverdale this past year and has also starred in the feature film A Dog’s Purpose.
Lili Reinhart
Lili Reinhart will also join Apa on location in Vancouver for Riverdale. Reinhart has the lead role of Betty in the series, and has also made appearances in Law & Order: Special Victim’s Unit, along with The Good Neighbor, Miss Stevens, and Forever’s End. Most recently she was cast in the upcoming film Galveston.
Camila Mendes
Of course there would be no Betty without Veronica!
Camila Mendes will also be in Vancouver filming the second season of Riverdale. Rumour has it that Mendes had her first acting job on an IKEA commercial before going on to star in Riverdale as main character Veronica.
Cole Sprouse
Rounding out this foursome is Cole Sprouse, known as character Jughead Jones and narrator of the Riverdale series.
Sprouse rose to fame at an early age starring alongside his twin brother in Disney channel’s The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. He also starred in Big Daddy and even a few Friends episodes – remember Ross’ adorable son?!
Grant Gustin
Back in action for the fourth season of The Flash, Grant Gustin will be on location in Vancouver through to April. Gustin has also had roles in shows like 90210, Glee along with making appearances in Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and Arrow.
Jared Padalecki
Back to film its 13th season, Jared Padalecki will be in town for his role of Sam in Supernatural. Padalecki has also starred in Gilmore Girls, House of Wax and alongside the Olsen twins in New York Minute.
Jensen Ackles
Joining Padalecki on set is Jensen Ackles, who plays Dean in Supernatural. Ackles made his big break starring in the soap opera Days of Our Lives, along with Smallville and My Bloody Valentine 3D.
Melissa Benoist
Step aside Superman, Supergirl is back to save the day!
Melissa Benoist will be in Vancouver to film season three of the hit show Supergirl. Benoist has made appearances in Glee, Homeland, The Good Wife and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
Stephen Amell
Stephen Amell will be in town this March to film the sixth season of Arrow. Born in Toronto, the Canadian actor has also made appearances in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and The Flash, along with Queer as Folk and New Girl to name a few.
