Check out the world's tallest Christmas tree at Canyon Lights this winter

A Christmas tradition returns to North Vancouver’s Capilano Suspension Bridge Park this month.

Beginning Thursday, November 23, thousands of twinkling lights will illuminate the iconic suspension bridge, Treetops Adventure, Cliffwalk, and other areas of the park during the annual festive Canyon Lights period.

Visitors to the attraction – running daily until Sunday, January 28 – can also check out the world’s tallest living Christmas tree, which stands at an impressive 153 ft and is still growing.

Also, this year, the 30-ton Douglas firs will be completely lit for Treetops Adventure – a series of seven suspension bridges attached to eight 250-year-old Douglas-firs.

Viewers can also check out the Snowy Owl Prowl and decorate gingerbread cookies while enjoying the sound of music from the holiday band.
