A Saturday night matchup against the Montreal Canadiens, followed by a Sunday evening contest against the Edmonton Oilers.
Both games should be marquee matchups, but lots of tickets are still available for both contests.
A quick glance at Ticketmaster on Friday morning showed that there are still plenty of tickets for sale when the Canucks take on the Canadiens on Saturday, Oct. 25, at 4 p.m. PDT.
The blue dots represent unsold tickets, while the pink dots indicate purchased tickets available for resale.

Typically, these games are sellouts, even if there’s a swath of Habs fans in the building.
Getting into Rogers Arena for this game isn’t cheap, which is why most of the unsold tickets are available in the lower bowl.
The cheapest ticket to get in the door is $167, but it’s a no-alcohol permitted section. For those who want to enjoy a beverage at the game, the cheapest ticket is $183.
Tickets in the lower bowl range from $267 per seat, all the way up to $715.
Vancouver will be back on the ice the very next night against the Edmonton Oilers, and there are even more tickets available for that contest.

When asked in a recent video, most of the Canucks players claimed that the Oilers were their biggest rival.
Apparently, a rivalry game isn’t enough to get butts in seats.
So, why aren’t these marquee matchups closer to selling out?
Here are three factors at play.
1. The Whitecaps start their MLS Cup journey this weekend, with a record crowd expected at BC Place on Sunday for a 4:30 p.m. PDT kick-off.
Tickets to see the ‘Caps play at BC Place are far more affordable than Canucks tickets. The Whitecaps have been fun and successful, so it’s plausible to think that Vancouver sports fans would rather go see Thomas MĂ¼ller and the ‘Caps begin their postseason quest.
The cheapest ticket for the Whitecaps this weekend is just $46.25.
For the same value as the cheapest ticket to see the Canucks play the Canadiens on Sunday for $183, it’s worth noting that a $188.74 ticket to see the Whitecaps gets you club seating in the lower bowl.

2. There are other sporting events to watch this weekend. The Toronto Blue Jays are in the World Series, with both 5 p.m. PDT starts overlapping with Canucks games.
Although the BC Lions are on the road, they can clinch a home playoff game versus the Saskatchewan Roughriders with a victory. They face Saskatchewan starting at 4 p.m. PDT on Saturday.

3. The Canucks just haven’t been very good. They’re currently 25th overall in goals scored per game. They’ve been outshot in their last seven contests, and they are overly reliant on good goaltending.
It’s early, and things could change. The Canucks also have a 4-4 record, so the season isn’t lost by any stretch.
However, the Canucks haven’t done much to get the fanbase hopeful that this season will be different than the last.
