Canucks Round 1 Playoff Tickets Go On Sale March 31st

Dec 19 2017, 1:32 pm

Canucks fans the time is near. For many the regular season was meaningless, we were simply waiting and saving our money for the real season to begin. The time has come to scrounge up lots of loose change in hopes of  another long playoff run as the Canucks announced that more than 1,000 single-game tickets for all home games in the first round of the Stanley Cup playoffs will go on sale this Saturday, March 31, at 10 a.m.

The tickets will be on sale via telephone and internet only. Fans can buy the tickets online at canucks.com/tickets or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-855-523-6800.

These will probably sell out pretty fast, so if you really want to see a playoff game expect to shell over some good coinage and be prepared to buy them off scalpers. Craigslist is your friend.

Ticket prices for Round 1 start at $135. Seem a little pricey? Well considering that last year tickets for Round 1 were still under a $100, I’d say that’s a heft price increase.

Good luck. I think the majority of us will be celebrating downtown in the numerous celebration sites scattered across the city.
