Fans fill Sedin mural outside of Rogers Arena with heartfelt messages

Time is running out to say thank you. Space is running out, too.

More than 18,000 people will show their appreciation for Henrik and Daniel Sedin’s Hall of Fame worthy careers tonight, as the twins play their final home game.

But even if you don’t have a ticket to the game, you can say thanks to the Swedish hockey legends, thanks to a tribute mural put on display by the Canucks. Space is already on short supply for the mural, which was unveiled at noon. You can only imagine what it’ll look like when fans start pouring in for tonight’s game.

The murals will eventually be digitized, so Henrik and Daniel will get a pretty neat keepsake.
