Candlelight Club takes things online for Earth Day's 50th anniversary

To celebrate Earth Day, The Social Concierge has taken its Candlelight Club virtual.

The event is normally hosted at a popular Vancouver restaurant; instead, folks wishing to participate this year can order a special takeout or delivery menu from participating restaurants including Chambar, Wildebeest, Belgard Kitchen, and Cactus Club. You can check out the menus here.

Taking place April 22 at 6:30 pm, the Candlelight Club will also feature live performances from local artists including Shylo Sharity, David Morin, Paige Morgan, Tonye Aganaba, and a special DJ set from Man About Town.

People can sign up for the not-for-profit celebration for free; donations will go towards benefitting Ocean Wise, The Giustra Foundation, and Mind the Bar.

The 2020 edition of Candlelight Club will be hosted on Zoom and Twitch and will feature various “rooms” for guests to enjoy, including a Mainstage and Cocktail Lounge and a Virtual Dancefloor.
