Right now the Canadian housing marketing continues to chug along. Whether it be $1 million attics being sold in Toronto or $600, ooo for a East Vancouver basement suite people still have this insatiable desire to buy and in the minds of many overpaying for property. Will the long lineups for the rights to purchase condo units continue or are we headed for a American style crash. For those banking on total collapse of our real estate, keep waiting.
