The Canada 150 sign at Canada Place is sticking around until November
Good news! Vancouver’s new favourite photo op will be staying around for a few months after Canada’s big 150th.
Daily Hive has learned that the Canada 150 sign recently placed outside of Canada Place will be in place until this upcoming November, giving Vancouverites and those visiting the city an extended opportunity to pose patriotic in front of the sign.
This means that photos of the sign will see a Fall in Vancouver, and may even be the backdrop in pictures of the city’s first snowfall.
Vancouver’s sign is just one of many that have been placed in cities all across the country, and would-be Instagram photographers are encouraged to share their posts with the hashtag #3DCanada150.
Be sure to stop by for a shot during the Canada Day 150 celebrations at Canada Place… though it may be difficult to get a private picture with the sign during the festivities. Good thing you’ll have a few months to get that gram!
