A longtime Richmond bakery has announced it will be closing at the end of this month.

The Broadmoor Bakery, located at 10111 Number 3 Road in Richmond, will be shutting down at the end of June after 61 years of business.

The authentic Dutch European bakery first opened its doors in 1958.

Known for attracting customers from all over the Lower Mainland, Broadmoor has been serving up original recipes like cookies, cakes, sausage rolls, meat pies, and more.

The bakery’s last day of operation will be on June 27, so you still have some time to head in and say goodbye.
