What says summer more soundly than enjoying meat and beer in the sunshine?

Brewery and the Beast brought out the carnivorous brew fans to downtown Vancouver on Sunday, July 27, for an all-out, all-access meat feast…with beer.

A highly-anticipated annual stuff-yourself-silly gathering marking its second successful year, Brewery and the Beast brought out over 35 of the city’s top eateries, each showcasing their meat-cooking chops. And ribs. And sausages. And more. So much, much more. The Phillips Brewing Company was on tap, pouring from a selection of their signature craft beers, along with Mission Hill Family Estate Winery, Left Field Cider Co., and a few booze-free beverage options for good measure, too.

Vegetarians, look away! We’ve got a few mouthwatering memories of the meaty morsels dished out from the folks at places like Hawksworth, Maenam, Araxi, Pidgin, Wildebeest, Forage, Edible Canada, Craft Beer Market, Pourhouse, Tap & Barrel, and Tuc Craft Kitchen.

Missed out on this year’s Brewery and the Beast? While the upcoming Victoria edition is already sold out, hopefully the delicious event will be back in 2015…and we’ll “meat” you there!
