Brewery & the Beast is a one day festival of seriously meaty proportions.
Now in its fourth year, the annual BBQ and beer event served up billowing grills and mouthwatering meats to sun-drenched Vancouverites this past weekend.
Celebrating the best in whole animal cooking; chefs from around the city (and a little further afield) showcased their talent on the plate with a vast array of protein preparations including whole animal roasts, charcuterie, traditional, ethnic, modern, and exotic dishes.
Participating restaurants included Dixie’s BBQ, Maenam, Campagnolo, Timber, Peckinpah, Wildebeest, Nightingale, Juke (opening next week), and many more.
