Vancouver hidden gem Bovine Rice Bowls is offering the ultimate Thanksgiving sandwich.

It’s called the Turkey Loco Moco Sando and it’s only available for two days at the 1050 W Pender Street unit #118 eatery.

A combo of a house-made turkey patty, mushroom gravy, a fried egg, crispy spam, Dijon kewpie, and baby lettuce, this creation is finished with a toasted burger bun from local favourite Fife Bakery.

Served with “Hurricane” mix made with kettle chips, furikake, sweet rice crackers, this dish is $11 and only comes in limited quantities.

The sando will only be available for two days, today and tomorrow, be sure to stop into Bovine from 11 am to 4 pm.

If they are out of sandwiches, you need to try the steak or roast beef bowls, they are seriously fire.
