Ever since the legendary sub sandwich spot Bob’s Subs closed its doors last March, folks living in Richmond have had a sandwich-shaped hole in their hearts…until now.
Local and much-loved chain Big Star Sandwich Co. has officially opened its first ever Richmond location at 100-13311 Coppersmith Way.
- Kitsilano's new spot for loaded tacos and Mexican corn opens soon
- Downtown Vancouver inn and pub to close this week for boutique hotel conversion
- Vancouver's first-ever haunted bar has revealed its opening date
Known for making big hearty dishes – you know, the kind action movie hero and actor Liam Neeson likes to eat for free – this is Big Star’s seventh location in BC.
Big Star also has locations in Burnaby, New West, Langley, Surrey Central, South Surrey, and Maple Ridge.
