If you’re feeling lucky this holiday season, you can place your bets on where BC’s first New Year’s baby will be born.

Playnow.com is currently taking bets on the hospital that could deliver the province’s first baby of 2019.

There are 24 hospitals where you can place your bets. Currently, BC Women’s Hospital in Vancouver in favour of winning, with 5/1 odds. Surrey Memorial Hospital is in second place with 6/1 odds.

BC’s first baby of 2018 was born nine seconds after midnight to Manpreet Kaur Nijjar and Hardip Singh Shergill at Surrey Memorial Hospital.
