The best women's networking events of the summer

Dec 19 2017, 6:31 pm

I really enjoy attending women’s leadership events. I make a point of surrounding myself with supportive, intelligent and dynamic women – many of whom I have come to know through various networking events about town.

A few years ago, I became somewhat disillusioned with bad reality tv portraying women as catty gossipers who would take their first chance to tear another woman down. At that time I made a pact to stop taking in those messages and make a concerted effort to promote and support women, both personally and professionally. In doing that, I found a ton of amazing groups in Vancouver who make it their mission to support and develop women into leadership roles. Here are my top women’s networking events to attend of the summer. I hope to see you there too! I guarantee you will learn a lot, meet some fantastic women and broaden your network.
