Vancouver is home to some great Instagram accounts. So we decided that every week we would compile the 10 best photos of Metro Vancouver that use the hashtag #VancityBuzz.

Our server asked me if I was going to share when I ordered the skillet and the French toast at Locus. When I finished, he, again, asked me if I shared and I told him that I did not. He kept telling me how amazed he was by how much I ate by myself. I couldn't not get their French toast on top of my savoury item. I meant to share, but people got full! || || Locus has a very unique French toast made of French bread stuffed with berry compote and cream cheese, crusted with cereal, and with whipped cream and the fruits on the side. It's delicious with a nice crisp exterior but nice, soft and tasty interior. I always recommend it. There are plenty of vegetarian options. AND they can make substitutions for dishes that would regularly contain meat. For example, I had the pulled duck skillet with tofu instead of duck. One of my favourite things from there is their complimentary bread at breakfast and lunch. They have a delicious cinnamon bread with cinnamon brown sugar butter (plus two other types of bread and chipotle butter). Another great thing is that they serve breakfast everyday from 9AM to 4PM!
