Whether you’re after a sky-high slice of multi-coloured cake or an aptly named Pride cocktail, these establishments have got you totally covered for the most colourful time of year.

Uprising Breads
This East Vancouver bakery’s offering will surely get you into the Pride spirit. Sugar cookies and multi-coloured cookies are a few of the special themed treats coming out of the oven here.

H2 Rotisserie & Bar
This spot has concocted several Pride-themed plates to celebrate this year including Ru-Prawn’s Drag Race Cocktail, ‘Herb Your Enthusiasm’ Sundried-Tomato Bread, ‘Wasa-bae’ Ginger Crab Salad, ‘Vitamin Sea’ Seared Scallops, and ‘If You Can’t Love Yourself…’ Vanilla and White-Chocolate Rainbow Cake. H Tasting Lounge
Head here to try the True Lies cocktail made from Stolichnaya Premium Vodka, fresh lemon juice, charred-pineapple cordial, pineapple jam, and subtle notes of star anise. The True Lies cocktail will be available in both H2 Rotisserie & Bar (from August 2-6) and H Tasting Lounge (permanently from July 27) for $15, with partial proceeds going to the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

Juke Fried Chicken
Named after one of Lady Gaga’s most famous hits, ‘Love Game’ is a fresh and floral sipper that’ll have you ordering a second. The Pride-themed drink is a combo of gin, Lillet Blanc and fino sherry with muddled cucumber and lavender for an aromatic finish. Get this beverage from July 30 to August 5.

Parq Vancouver
Parq is taking Pride very seriously. Aside from their events and performances lined up over the weekend, several of the casino and resorts’ eateries (Honeysalt, The Victor, BC Kitchen, D6 Lounge) will be offering this rainbow cake from July 30 to August 6.

Café Medina
This drink blends Jasmine-infused vodka, lychee liqueur, poached pear, Blue Curaçao, and fresh lemon. Inspired by Disney’s Aladdin, the ‘Jewel of Agrabah’ cocktail will be available during Vancouver Pride Week from July 30 to August 5. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.

Grounds For Coffee
This much-loved Kitsilano bakery is offering ‘Pride Packs’ from August 3 to 5 this year. Each one will run for $18 but half of the proceeds will go to Qmunity and the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation. Pre-orders can be made over the phone or you can head in and purchase in person.

Tacofino
Tacofino’s ‘Ro-Slay Sangria’ features a mélange of rosé, tequila, agave and fresh berries. This drink will be available from August 3 to 6 at both the Gastown Taco Bar and Hastings Street location. $1 from each glass and $2 from each pitcher sold will be donated to QMUNITY a non-profit organization based in Vancouver, BC that works to improve queer, trans, and Two-Spirit lives.

Wildebeest
‘Safe Word’ is much like the iconic drink ‘The Last Word’ except it’s made from gin and green chartreuse and cherry brandy (rather than the traditional maraschino liqueur). Garnished with a playful orange peel ‘whip’ and BC cherry fruit leather ‘bow,’ this cocktail will be available from July 30 to August 5 and a portion of the proceeds from each cocktail will be donated to the Dr. Peter AIDS Foundation.
