Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals Vancouver 2017 concert at Commodore Ballroom

Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals will be playing a Vancouver show at the Commodore Ballroom on Sunday, July 16.

It’s been almost seven years since Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals have played a show together. And instead of revisiting their old collection of hits, Harper wanted to create fresh material for a new record, Call It What It Is. 

“I thought we would be more energized and revitalized by thinking outside the box and starting with new material in the studio before we dug into the old stuff,”  said Harper.

“It was meant to be a signpost that we’re here to forge new ground musically and personally. Because of that, the older material started to sound brand new too.”

For the Ben Harper fans eagerly awaiting his reunion with the Innocent Criminals, this show is not to be missed.
