The list of BC’s top employers has been released, with companies like Nature’s Path Foods, the Mountain Equipment Co-op, and Clio making the cut.
The 14th annual list is organized by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers.
Employers are evaluated based on the following criteria:
Some notable employee initiatives include Absolute Software’s four-day all-expenses-paid travel reward, a $500 wellness credit from HSBC Bank Canada, and tuition subsidies for job-related courses from engineering firm Knight Piésold.
“Many of the nation’s best employers are found in British Columbia,” said Richard Yerema, Managing Editor of Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, in a release.
“This year’s list of winners reflects the province’s highly diversified economy and is the product of decades of public investment in education and creating highly livable and desirable urban centres. Employers in British Columbia compete on an international stage for the best and brightest talent from around the world.”
