BC Spot Prawn Festival is returning to Vancouver this spring.

Instead of the traditional boil, attendees can opt for a bowl of chowder served with Terra Bread for $10 per person.
People can buy their chowder tickets for a specific time slot, which means no more waiting in super long lines.
The following times will be available during the event:
- 11 am to noon
- noon to 1 pm
- 1 to 2 pm
- 2 to 3 pm
Another new addition to this year’s fest? Spot Prawn Festival Brunch. Tickets for this meal will be sold to correspond with two seating options, either 11:30 am to 1 pm, or 1:30 to 3 pm.
The brunch will offer ticketholders access to food stations and samples of beer, wine, and coffee, along with a sweet treat to finish.
This meal will feature six spot prawn dishes altogether.

For those wishing to head to the fest cost-free, not to worry, people will have access to the docks and be able to view cooking demos free of charge.
All proceeds of this event will support the Chefs’ Table Society of British Columbia, so get your tickets when they are available for purchase on March 19.
