It should be no surprise that some of BC’s most valuable residential real estate is located in Vancouver’s West Side, but here is a renewed glimpse of how the top properties are fairing in their latest evaluations.

Lululemon founder Chip Wilson’s Kitsilano mansion at 3085 Point Grey Road remains the most valuable property, with an assessed value of $66.83 million – up from $64.94 million last year.

Across the board, data from BC Assessment shows that average assessed residential property values increased compared to the previous cycle.
