“Quantities are limited, grab yours before it’s too late,” the Lions announced.
The Lions just returned to BC Place, after being forced to play away from home because of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. They had previously been playing out of the Apple Bowl in Kelowna. That first game back at BC Place this past Saturday saw the Lions fall to the Toronto Argonauts by a 26-12 final in front of 21,438 in attendance.
Losses have been a common theme for the Lions this season, who sit dead last in the West Division with a 1-5-0 record. That is the second-worst record among all nine CFL teams, with only the 0-6-0 Ottawa Redblacks faring worse so far.
Not helping matters is the fact that star quarterback Nathan Rourke was forced to sit out this past weekend versus the Argonauts due to an injury sustained on July 17 versus the Edmonton Elks. The silver lining, however, is that it isn’t expected to be a season-ending injury, with Lions GM Ryan Rigmaiden quoted as saying, āItās going to be weeks rather than months.”

The Lions will be looking to improve their win-loss record this Thursday in a road tilt against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. They’ll be doing so with a new starting quarterback, Kaidon Salter.
Their next home game will be on Saturday, Aug. 8, versus the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
