If you thought you saw something a little… unusual over the skies of Vancouver last night, you weren’t imagining it.
The Bat Signal — aka the distress signal that lights up Gotham City to signal a certain superhero — was shining bright in the city’s downtown core Saturday night.
The illumination was part of filming for the new CW show Batwoman, which has given the Vancouver Art Gallery (VAG) a Gotham City makeover in recent weeks.
That includes two burgundy banners hanging from the building, which read “Gotham” and “Mayor Akins.”
No sign of Ruby Rose on set… yet.
Here’s a closer look at the Gotham transformation at the VAG.
