Vancouver has a new spot for AYCE ribs and it’s probably a bit more surprising than you think.
Everyone’s go-to country bar, the Yale Saloon is now doing AYCE ribs every week on Thursday evenings.
You can get their tangy, bottomless ribs from 5 to 8 pm for just $26 per person. For sake of comparison, their pork ribs are usually $16 for half a rack and $24 for a full rack.
All of the Yale’s barbeque is smoked in-house with the largest in-house smoker in Vancouver and slow cooked with house-made rubs and sauces.
Just make sure you ask for extra napkins and perhaps bring your own wet wipes for after.
