We love a good comeback story, and Vancouver’s food scene is about to witness one in the heart of downtown.
Cinara, a staple in downtown Vancouver for pasta and wine, has announced it will be closing its doors at the end of 2018. But it’s what’s going into the 350 West Pender Street eatery that we’re excited about.

The downtown space will be taken over by another Italian restaurant, Autostrada, as their second Vancouver location operating under the same name.
The no-fuss alla famiglia spot opened its original outpost at 4811 Main Street in January 2018 and will be opening the new spot mid-January 2019 after some super minor changes are made and the spirit of Cinara is kept intact.

Patrons can expect pasta, starters, and bigger protein share plates seven days a week for dinner service.
