Alyssa Milano leaves 'Mistresses' because productions is moving to Vancouver

Alyssa Milano, star of the primetime soap “Mistresses,” has decided to quit because production will be moving from Los Angeles to Vancouver. Vancouver’s gain is Milano’s loss.

The reason for her decision to leave has nothing to do with the city of Vancouver, it has everything to do with her being the mother of two kids under the age of four. Uprooting family to a new city is not an easy thing. Family trumps Hollywood North and you can’t blame her.

The show focuses on four female friends embroiled in a variety of scandalous relationships.

Due to financial reasons, the producers decided to move the show to Vancouver for production of the third season.
