An 'AirPod owners meetup' is happening in Vancouver this spring

Call it the most exclusive meetup of 2019 so far… or possibly, the most ridiculous.
This coming Spring, an “AirPod Owners Meetup” will be taking place in Vancouver.

The event was created by The Pod Squad, a Facebook group created for… well, for people with AirPods.
Members have access to an entire selection of pod-inspired products for users to purchase, including skins, fabric cases, and an entire clothing line.

The Facebook group, which all pod owners are invited too, promises contests, giveaways, and deals, as well.
Vancouver’s meetup, which already has an attendance of 150, will take place on Saturday, March 30, 2019, at the Olympic Cauldron.
Similar events are being held by the same group in Seattle, Portland, Denver, Salt Lake City, Chicago, Dallas, and New York City.
Seattle’s event, which takes place in mid-February, has already amassed an attendance of 580 people, with 1,500 more who are interested in going.
