Downtown Vancouver’s Cold Tea openedĀ in the former location of Tsui Hang Village Restaurant last spring, and now, the eatery has a new concept operating out of the same space.

Cold Tea’s takeout window is bringing something crispy to the Granville Strip, serving up a twist on one of the world’s most loved dishes, fried chicken.

AFC, which stands for Asian Fried Chicken, is the newest place in town to head to enjoy 24-hour brined fried chicken.

The concept also offers housemade sauces, like chicken pho gravy, Sichuan aioli, and sriracha aioli as well as sides likeĀ mashed cucumber salad and papaya salad, steamed rice, spicy beans, and corn on the cob.

Find AFC on the Davie Street side on the 1193 Granville Street restaurantĀ openĀ Sunday to Thursday from noon to 10 pm and Friday and Saturday from noon to 11 pm.

Operating hours are subject change, so be sure to keep an eye on AFC’s social channels for updates.
