Apparently this limited edition bottle will be showing up in BC liquor stores shelves today or very shortly. Furthermore, this is all supposed to be part of the greater good for the Vancouver arts community, at least that is what the fine people at Absolut Vodka are saying. Nonetheless, since Gordo and his crew continue to slash arts funding this surely has to be welcomed news by the BC arts community
The Absolut Vancouver vodka bottle launch is paired with the revelation today of five finalists from the B.C. creative community in the running for a $120,000 commission to create an arts work, series or educational program — a “gift to the city” said senior brand manager for Absolut, Kelly Kretz.
