If you’re desperately looking for an affordable place in Vancouver — there is one property on the market for $50,000 but it comes without a kitchen, bedrooms, or a bathroom.
That’s because it’s a parking stall.

If you’re looking for any more reason to relocate to this parking spot, it is part of a “gated community” — which we are guessing is due to the parking gate that allows you inside.
It’s definitely a steal if you have a thing for minimalism and concrete.
