With the final weekend of the 31st annual TD Vancouver International Jazz Festival just around the corner, pretty soon the city will be returning back to it’s regular speed. Which makes it all the more important to get out during the last weekend and soak up as many shows as possible before the festival closes on Sunday, July 3!

Khari Wendell Mcclelland and the Unsung Heroes

Delhi 2 Dublin
A Vancouver institution formed in 2006, Delhi to Dublin has successfully established an international presence over the past decade. Get ready for a wild, genre-bending cross-cultural dance party explosion! With their free-thinking blend of Bhangra and Celtic music, hip hop, dub reggae, breakbeats, rock, and electronica, Delhi 2 Dublin is “part Bollywood wedding, part Celtic kitchen party, and all electronic dance fest.” (The Snipe)

Founded in 1985, the Coastal Jazz and Blues Society is a community-based, not-for-profit, charitable arts organization located in Vancouver, British Columbia. From the very beginning, the society has worked diligently to establish Vancouver as a centre for the creation and exchange of sounds and ideas between the local, national, and international music communities. With major traffic closures happening across the city, music lovers are encouraged to walk, bike or use public transit to get from show to show.
