Pillow feathers soared high in the air as hundreds participated in Vancouver’s seventh annual flash mob Pillow Fight to mark International Pillow Fight Day.
The event, held on the first Saturday of April each year, was located at the North Plaza of the Vancouver Art Gallery. Participants brought their own pillows and enjoyed swinging and clobbering each other, with rules mandating participants to not break cameras, eyeglasses and to throw away any ‘used’ pillows after the event is over.
Vancouver’s pillow fight was among dozens of Pillow Fight Day events held in cities around the world.
