The prominent southeast corner of the intersection of Burrard Street and West 4th Avenue will be replaced by a Jaguar and Land Rover dealership.

A development application has been submitted to the City of Vancouver to turn the 14,500-sq-ft site at 1790 West 4th Avenue into a 2.5-level car retail and office building. The building is designed by Kasian Architecture.

The proposal includes 21,700 sq. ft. of showroom space, 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, and three underground levels that will largely provide the space required for 63 vehicle parking stalls.

This will add to the cluster of car dealerships located in the area along the Burrard Street corridor.

This property was one of four Esso-branded gas stations in the region owned by 7-Eleven that were listed in the market last year for their redevelopment potential.
