There's a new German-style kabab spot coming soon to Queen East

This new spot’s menu looks absolutely. Mouth. Watering.

ZIBA Berlin Döner is coming, and it’s bringing Toronto’s first-ever fusion döner kebab.

ZIBA is currently putting finishing touches on the space, and they’re planning to open around the beginning of February.

Which is exactly when everyone will be seeking hearty and warming meals.

Döner is comfort food done right: choose from lamb or spiced chicken served with couscous and fresh-cut fries.

The spot will also be serving up falafel in three different varieties. You’ll be able to get regular, spicy or garlic. And they’re currently working on a gluten-free recipe, too.

But the big draw to this place is the kapsalon. Fries topped with juicy, seasoned meat, melty cheese and fresh veggies create a mind-blowing comfort food sensation.

It’s exactly what you’ll be craving after a beer or three.

Meals at ZIBA will be quick, hearty and nutritious, and available at affordable prices. Menu items will be locally sourced when possible, and never frozen.

You could fly to Berlin to enjoy döner that packs a punch.

Or you could just head to The Beaches.
