Coming soon to John and Richmond Streets in Toronto’s Entertainment District, Zebu Steak + Bar, a new Brazilian steakhouse is taking over the former address of Milestones Grill & Bar.
The new 325-seat bar, lounge, and restaurant promises a patio, various private and semi-private dining spaces, and a Chef’s Table dining experience.
It’s the newest project from Michael Colangelo (original owner of Touro Steakhouse), and while Zebu isn’t expected to open until sometime in 2018, the kitchen helmed by Executive Chef Lilian Cardoso is already showcasing select items off its Brazilian fusion menu at a food trailer situated outside the future restaurant.
Zebu First Taste Kitchen is currently open (pending weather conditions) Monday through Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm for lunch, and from 4 pm to 7 pm for dinner, and on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, from 11 pm to 2 am for late night eats.
