Have you ever wondered what happens at the zoo at night?

You can now find out, and watch animals in their natural habitat into the evening with a brand new camping experience at the Toronto Zoo.

This summer you can make reservations at the new Wildtails Family Campsite at the zoo, to enjoy a self-guided camping adventure which includes an evening of zoo exploration, after-hours access to our African Savanna and Canadian Domain regions, dinner, and a campsite to sleep under the stars.

Campers may be able to enhance their camping experience with bat detector rentals and access to Terra Lumina at an added cost.

A campsite for groups of one to three people costs $185+HST, and a group of four to five costs $250+HST.

Wildtails Family Campsite has 19 campsites in total.

See your favourite animals up close and after dark during an incredible evening of zoo adventure.

Reservations for the experience can be made online.
